Whether elimination of the '1011 designation meets the spirit and intent of the zoning ordinance. 4. 0 ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: Pursuant to the environmental regulations in effect at this time, the Departti,ent of Development: Services posted draft Negative Declaration No. 80-20 for 1.0 days and no comments, either verbal or written, were received . The staff in its initial study j of the project has recormmnended that a negative declaration be issued . According to the Department of Public Works, sewer facilities will have to be installed prior to development on the site . The proposed M1 zoning is consistent with the zoning on the remain- der of the County Sanitation District property to the south.
