" This play_ encompasses the property`= within the city located generally north of Ellis Avenue. east of Ide_nwest Street and south of Edinger Avenue _ � . � 8 and consists of 3.8 square- miles . Study Area 11 reflects existing and anticipated land use as well as l projecting beyond to an ultimate development - of this portion of the city. The plan does net go beyond basic land use relationships . On September 11 , 1963 , the Orange County Planning Commission held a public hearing and approved Amendment No 02 to the County Flan which includes the charges within Huntington Deach as :=rel?. as a, few changes in the surrounding area.
