This case proposes to amend the Master Flan of Land Use by adopting an amendment entitled "Master Plan of Land Use, Study Area IV. " This plan encompasses the property within the city located generally north of Esinger Avenue and between Bolsa Chica Street on the west and Beach Boulevard on the east , and. consists of 2 . 5 square miles . Study area ICI reflects existing and anticipated land use as well as projectilg- beyond to an ultimate development of this portion of the city. The plan does not go beyond basic land use. relationships . Once these relationships , are established, a follow-up study which will include all public facilities will be presented .
