Grand Opening Event: Parking—Shuttle Plan Plan Outline: Beginning at 8 am, Vans staff and or security will direct attendees to park in the Golden West College East Parking lot. The park's permanent handicap spaces will be available to the public (handicap placard required.) Signage will be posted at key locations on Center Ave and Gothard Ave to assist in directing/informing attendees or parking. A security Guard will be posted at the entrance to the Off The Wall Park and will direct people to the GWC lot. An "Event Parking" with a corresponding arrow will direct cars to the lot. A shuttle stop will be established in the lot. A security guard will be posted at the entrance of old World Village. A "No Event Parking" will be placed at the entrance to Old World Village. A guard will be posted at the McFadden entrance and only allow vendors to park in the dirt lot. From 9am —5 pm, Two Shuttle Busses will run continuously from the park to the college.
