In reviewing your request, we find that you have failed to furnish the City a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars as required by our letter of May 31, 1968. At such time as the certificate of insurance is received, your request will be considered. Further, you are hereby notified to discontinue all operations in connection with your geophysical survey in this city until the required certificate of insurance is provided.
