CERTIFICATE OF CONTINUING PROGRAM COMPLIANCE
HERMOSA VISTA APARTMENTS
The undersigned, being AGENT of KDF Hermosa, L.P., a
California Limited Partnership (the `Borrower") has read and is thoroughly familiar with
the provisions of the various documents associated with the Borrower's participation in
the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (the "Issuer") Multifamily
Housing Program, such documents including:
1. the Regulatory Agreement and declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated as
of November 1, 2003 among the Borrower, the Issuer and Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"); and
2. the Loan Agreement dated as of November 1, 2003 among the Borrower, the
Issuer and the Trustee.
As of the date of this Certificate, the following percentages of completed
residential units in the Project (i) are occupied by Very Low -Income Tenants as such
term is defined in the Regulatory Agreement or (ii) are currently vacant and being held
vacant available for such occupancy and have been so held continuously since the date a
Very Low -Income Tenant vacated such unit; as indicated:

The undersigned, being KDF Hermosa, L.P. (the "Borrower") has read and is thoroughly familiar with the provisions
of the various documents associated with the Borrower's participation in the California Communities (the "Issuer")
Multifamily Housing Program, such documents including:
the Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants dated as of November 26, 2003 among the
Borrower, the Issuer and Wells Fargo, as trustee (the Trustee); and
2. the Loan Agreement dated as of November 26, 2003 between the Borrower and the Issuer.

the number of Low Income Tenants who commenced occupancy of units for the quarter ending December 31,
2007.
