STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Huntington Beach Company, a California Corporation is requesting approval of Parcel Map
No. 90-198.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the final Parcel Map and accept the offer of dedication pursuant to the
mandatory findings set forth by the Zoning Administrator and instruct the City Clerk to
affix her signature to the map and release the map to the County for processing.
