STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Windrose Development Company is requesting approval of Parcel Map Number 90-209.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the final Parcel Map and accept the vehicular access rights pursuant to the
mandatory findings set forth by the Zoning Administrator and instruct the City Clerk to
affix her signature to the map and release the map to the County for processing.
