Isabel, Fountain 'Palley, California. The property is located approxi:tely 1100 feet east of Beach Blvd., on the north side of Ellie Avenue and is xoued R-2 Two Family Residence Dis yrict. The applicants 3requeet is to construct 28 units to extend more than 150 feet from a public street in said zone. By unanimous vo,,te� of the 'Planning Commission, Use Permit No 248.was approved and recommended to your Honorable Body 'for approval. with the following conditions: 1. Our request for a public hearing of this use • permit is presented for your consideration. This is a partial list of our reasons for this request. Buildings to be erected are more than 150 feet from a public dedicated street. A narrow driveway (25 it..) is planned, 450 feet long, present- ing extreme fire and safety b2Tards to thoee living at the rear, as well as the neighboring homes. The two story structure creates a sariota invasion of our family privacy. No play area is provided for the children who would live in Lie apartments. By Xr.
