Peggy Hansen to operate a real estate office in a building that was built and maintained as a single family dwelling. Kira. Hansen wis�tes to use this single family dwelling as a real estate office. As you ;uiow there is an ordinance prohibiting this use, unless the structure is made to conform to the ordinance controlling commercial buildings. Although I an very familiar with Mrs. Hansen's problems I wonder What I would tell the host of other applicants that this office has required to altriost completely re -build some of the older houses before we allowed a commercial use. In this particular instance we required the owner of the property directly across the street to build a completely new building. It: view of the above mentioned facts I have no choice but to recom:;end - denial of this request unless '�he building is stucccad and re"4ired to conform to our ordinances for commercial building..
