OF UNITS: 22 (Phase I Tract 14828) 80 (total) ZONE: R3-PD GENERAL PLAN: Medium High Density Residential DISCUSSION• On November 4, 1992, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map No. 14357(R) , an 80 unit condominium subdivision. The applicant/property owner has satisfied the park dedication requirement for .Phase I (Tract 14828) with the payment of in-lieu fees in the amount of $41, 733 .37. The map has been examined and certified by the Director of Public Works and the Secretary to the Planning Commission as being in conformance with the tentative map as filed with, amended and approved by the Planning Commission. RCA 10/4/93 -2- (7385d) ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: This action to accept Final Map No. 14828 is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15268(b) . On March 18, 1991, the Planning Commission approved Negative Declaration No. 90-23 a 92 unit condominium project.
