At the Zuning Administrator meeting, a Number of the tenants within tho couter Mpoke against the request . Among their concerns were the tarps og element that a 1►ar would attract and parking . The tenants cited problems that already exist within the center including pat:ron3 of the liquor store drinking in their cars And publicly urinating (see attached Zoning Alministrator Minutes dated March 15 , 19A9) . These probXems associated with the liquor sto + have been rr' layed to the Police Department, ABC and the property owner . it is i not the intent of the applicant to compound the situation. if the propomea usu is approved, a six month review of the operation is recomae:aded . At that time, the Planning Commission may impose additional c:oaditions/r:estrictions on the use in respons3 to � specific complaints to assure compatibility of the use with ourroundiny land uses .
