Funding Source: None. Recommended Action: Motion to adopt Resolution No. granting authorization to destroy the records listed in Exhibit"A". Alternative Action(s): Do not approve the Resolution. Analysis: The destruction of the records on the attached Exhibit "A" is necessary to conserve storage and reduce staff time, expense and confusion in retrieving documents. Environmental Status: None. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, no record shall be destroyed which is expressly required to be retained under California Government Code Section 34090. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of September '1999.
