My ideal qualifications are my people skills. i WHY DO YOU WISH TO SERVE ON A VOLUNTEER CITIZEN'S BODY? My reasons for serving as a volunteer on the Citizens Participation Advisory Board are: 1. My concern in finding a solution for the homeless situation and when we do, help other communities tc 2. Make sure Huntington Beach provides a sense of belonging for all residents and visitors. 3. Lay a foundation as a resident of HB for my family, especially for my grandson. It is the policy of the City Council to make appointments to the citizen commissions, boards, and committees, based on the needs of the city, as well as the interests and qualifications of each applicant.
