These recommendations will need to be evaluated, packaged, and put together as different ballot measures for the voters in November. I believe that an ad hoc committee should be formed to review the massive amount of work completed by the Charter Review Commission and to make a recommendation to full Council on how and what items should be presented to the voters. This committee should also be tasked with writing the arguments for the charter amendment ballot measures. RECOMMENDED ACTION Form an ad hoc committee to review Charter Review Commission work product and make a recommendation to the full Council on what ballot items should be presented to the voters and how those items will be packaged together.
