On May 23rd, I filed a CPRA request with both the CEO, Brian Probolsky, and General Counsel, Ryan Baron, Esq., of OCPA to obtain a copy of the 'citation,' and am statutorily entitled to receive a response to my request within 10 days [Government Code § 6253(c)]; of course, I received no response. On June 8th, I sent a follow-up reminder/request to the General Counsel for OCPA, Mr. Baron, and received the following 'auto-reply': "I am out of the office on parenthood leave until July 11. 1 will return your email [sic] at my soonest convenience. If you need immediate assistance, please contact my assistant, Monica Brozowski, at (925) 977-3306 or Monica.Brozowski(a-)bbklaw.com."
