Subject: Beach Parking Lot, CC-081
Gentlemen:
Transmitted, herewith, is an easement deed which grants the
Southern California Edison Company an eight foot wide easement through
the Beach front parking lot from Main Street to Beach Boulevard.
The easement overlays the 12,000 volt primary electrical service
to the parking lot which feeds all our buildings and lighting. The
easement was a known requirement at the commencement of the project,
however, the description was delayed pending the actual installation
to varify exact location.
It is recommended that your Honorable Body approve granting of the
easement and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute, record, and
notify the Edison Company of the recordation data.

cover the subject facilities which have been installed as agreed upon.

A self-addressed envelope is enclosed for use in returning the executed
instrument. The duplicate copy and attached map are for your records.
