Should said property cease to be used in such manner, either wholly or partially, the easement and right of way shall become inoperative, except to the extent said interests remain necessary to THE GRANTEE in providing service to such subscribers as shall continue to use, or succeed in the use of said property. In the event and to the extent that said property changes in use so as to make some or all the facilities of THE GRANTEE unnecessary, GRANTEE will remove or ainndon its facilities , at its own expense and quitclaim such part of the easement and right of way granted herein as is no longer necessary. THE GRANTEE, its successors and assigns and their respective agents and employees, shall have the right of ingress to and egress from said easement and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted and shall have the right to trim or top trees and / or such other growth as may endanger or interfere with the use of said easement. Such rights shall be reasonably exercised and the Grantee shall be liable for any damage negligently done by it to the above described property.
