In the calendar year of 2024, the City of Huntington Beach had 208 Code Filers as specified by
Resolution No. 2023-01.
Full review: A total of 156 Code Filer 700 forms were received on time (by April 1, 2025).
Thirty-one (20%) received a full review from the randomly selected departments of City
Consultants (11), City Manager's Department (2), Community and Library Services (1),
Community Development (5), Finance Department (2), Fire Department (1), Police Department
(5), Public Works Department (1), and Visit Huntington Beach (3). All filings satisfied applicable
requirements and did not require amendments.
Late filer review: A total of fifty-two (52) Code Filer 700 forms were received late (After April 1,
2025). All filings satisfied applicable requirements and did not require amendments.
