SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at about 09:00 hours, The personnel listed above and I attended the
autopsy of
At about 09:15 hours, Dr. began the autopsy and the seal on the body bag containing
body was removed (# 0185701). Dr. conducted the body exam and autopsy. The autopsy
ended at about 13:31 hours. For full details, refer to the report by Dr. (#21-05698-LM). During
the autopsy, (11) fully intact bullets, (1) Core, and (1) jacket and core fragment were located for a total of
thirteen bullets. The bullets were collected as evidence by Forensic Scientist (FR #21-52599).
The following is a summary of what Dr. told me at the conclusion of the autopsy: body
had seventeen gunshot entry wounds, and four gunshot exit wounds with thirteen bullets recovered from
inside body. heart, both lungs, aorta, liver, and intestines had been struck by bullets. The
wounds to heart, lungs, and aorta would have all been fatal. The liver wounds could have been fatal
and the intestinal wounds could have proved fatal over time because of infections common to such injuries.
Dr. ruled manner of death a homicide and the cause of death as multiple gunshot
wounds.
