Subject: Supplemental Communication,Item 10-Minutes of the November 4,Huntington Beach City Council
Date: Monday,November 17,2025 11:27:28 AM
Hi Lisa
I'd like to ask for a different wording for the minutes of the November 4,2025 meeting
The draft minutes say this
Charles Jackson commented on his experience of attending some of the recent Constitutional
classes(00:24:02)
I would prefer this
Charles Jackson commented that electioneering was allowed to occur at a recent
Constitutional class and asked the city council to prevent future occurrences at city events
(00:24:02)
But this is more neutral and sticks to the relevant facts.
Charles Jackson asked the City Council to prevent electioneering at future city events.
(00:24:02)
Thanks
Charlie Jackson
