In the calendar year of 2025, the City of Huntington Beach had 193 Code Filers
as specified by Resolution No. 2023-01.
Full review: A total of 192 Code Filer 700 forms were received on time (by April
1, 2026). Thirty-nine (20%) received a full review from the randomly selected
departments of CIAB/Public Works Commission (2), City Attorney's Office (2),
City Consultants (7), City Manager's Department (1), Community and Library
Services (1), Community Development (4), Finance Commission (2), Finance
Department (1), Fire Department (3), Information Technology Department (1),
Police Department (4), Public Works (8), and Visit Huntington Beach (3). All
filings satisfied applicable requirements and did not require amendments.
Late filer review: A total of one (1) Code Filer 700 forms was received late (After
April 1, 2026). Filing satisfied applicable requirements and did not require
amendments.
